What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal and Klarna . If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Klarna website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit www.jpcmirrorshop.co.uk/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at jpcmirrors@gmail.com / use the contact us button on the website just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via jpcmirrors@gmail.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

When will my order arrive?

Our time scale to make your mirror is 2 weeks to 4 weeks (Bespoke mirrors may longer), once we have made your mirror we will send you a notification and once dispatched you will normally receive it the next working day UK mainland.

International orders time will vary depending on your location, however the time scale to make your mirror will be the same.


What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, however if you are outside of mainland UK, please contact us for a delivery quote.

How much is shipping?

We offer free mainland UK delivery (Extra charges may apply for postage to the highlands and islands).

Outside of mainland UK, shipping costs will vary depeding on your location (which is paid for by the buyer. The price of delivery paid for on top of the mirror price does not include any custom duties/tax which is also paid for by the buyer)

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.


Can I return my mirror?

Yes. From receiving your order you will have 28 days to return your mirror, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original/suitable packaging. 

My mirror arrived damaged, what should i do?

In the rare event that your mirror arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us via jpcmirrors@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a refund.

Any damage reported after 24 hours will be dealt with per case and may require extra cost to fix or replace the customers mirror

Lead Colours

I've ordered my mirror and chosen the wrong colour lead, can I change this?

Yes, if we havent started production of your mirror then the lead colour can be changed. Please email us at jpcmirrors@gmail.com or use the contact us page, please quote your order number and what colour of lead you wish to have.

Are there other colours of lead available?

Yes there are other colours available, we dont offer these colours as a standard on our website, however we can make your mirror using different lead colours. For a full list of lead colours please contact us

If you wish to purchase a mirror with a different colour of lead finish, this would class as a bespoke order which is non returnable. We can send you samples of the lead colours to help you choose.

Will the lead discolour?

The only reason the lead would discolour is if it has been marked or scratched, when cleaning your mirror we advise that you dont spray the cleaner directly onto the mirror, we advise you to spray the cleaner on to a soft rag and gently clean each panel individually whilst trying to avoid going over the lead at anytime.

Hanging your new mirror

How do I hang my mirror?

Each mirror is supplied with either two keyhole fixings or two strap hangers. Our small mirrors (150mm x 400mm) will only have one keyhole fixing per mirror. Round mirrors will only come with strap hangers.

Please do not add to or adjust the hangers.

Can I hang my mirror in a bathroom?

We only recommend hanging our round mirrors in a bathroom. However if you wish to hang your mirror in a bathroom please ensure the wall is flat prior to purchasing and that the bathroom is well ventilated. We do not advise hanging your mirror directly above a bath.

Can I hang my mirror outside?

Unfortunately not, JPC Mirrors are only suitable to hang indoors using the fixings that come supplied with the mirror.

Can I have different fixings applied to the mirror?

Please contact us with the fixings you would like to use and we would be able to advise if this would be suitable or not.

Can I hang my mirror above a fireplace/radiator?

We recommend only to hang your mirror above a fireplace or radiator if there is either a radiator cover/shelf over your radiator so the heat isn't directly under the mirror. The same applies to hanging your mirror above a fireplace, if you have an electric fireplace, ensure that the vent for the heat is not going to be underneath the mirror, if the vent is at the bottom of your electric fire, then that would be fine.

Bespoke mirrors

I have an idea for a mirror, can you make it for me?

Depeding on the size and shape, then yes we could make it for you, please send details regarding this over to jpcmirrors@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


I like one of the mirrors on the website but it only comes in one size, can this be changed?

Please contact us via jpcmirrors@gmail.com with the mirror you like along with size and dimensions. We will be in contact with you shortly regarding your request.

Can you design a bespoke mirror?

Yes, we can design bespoke mirrors. If you would like us to design a mirror for you a small charge may apply. 

If you then place an order for the bespoke mirror this fee is then deducted from the final price
