Shipping policy

Mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales Only)

As all mirrors are handmade to order, our delivery time scale is around 2 weeks up to 4 weeks from date of purchase. Bespoke and custom mirrors may be longer than this (a more definitive time scale will be given to you before any bespoke/custom mirror is made)

All prices include standard UK mainland delivery only (Tuesdays - Fridays only). Extra charges may apply for postage to the highlands and islands.

We will try our best to arrange delivery at a convenient day to suit you.

Depending on the size and weight of your mirror will depend if we use a 24/48hr courier or a dedicated fragile courier for your mirror. If a dedicated fragile courier is delivering your mirror, please allow up to 5 working days for you to receive your mirror once it has been dispatched.

If your mirror is not delivered to you and is returned to us, you would need to pay for another delivery

We also need a contact number once you've placed your order to send you your mirror (This is used by the couriers to send you updates if applicable)

We are currently unable to ship to NI

International orders

We send our mirrors international (Restrictions apply), Please contact us for a shipping quote. 

The price for international shipping will need to be paid by you, the customer on top of the purchase price. The customer is also responsible for any custom duties/tax
