Refund policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your mirror to return your mirror to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your mirror must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging or in suitable replacement packaging

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the mirror is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value - Please Note, If the mirror arrives back to us and is damaged we can not accept your return and will be unable to refund you. We advise you (the customer) to take out insurance with the delivery company to cover damage when sending a mirror back to us.

To start a return, you must contact us at jpcmirrors@gmail.com or by phone first. If your return is accepted, we will tell you how and where to send your package. Mirror(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the mirror is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong mirror, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your mirror has arrived damaged, we will require pictures.

If your mirror has arrived damaged and you notify us after 24 hours we will not be able to refund you or replace the mirror.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of mirrors cannot be returned, bespoke/custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on mirrors that are on sale.

Bespoke mirrors can not be returned or refunded


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note, if you return your mirror back to us and it unfortunately gets damaged in transit, we will not be able to refund you. You (The customer) will need to file a claim with the shipping company you sent the mirror back to us with, we recommend you insure the mirror if you are returning it back to us

Cancellations

The buyer has 14 days from date of purchase to cancel their order. If you wish to cancel an order once your mirror has been dispatch, you (the customer) will be responsible to pay the shipping costs to send the mirror back (which will be non refundable).

Custom/ Bespoke mirrors can not be returned or refunded
